Project Leading Specialist in Cleaning Development

ISS Facility Services is now looking for a project-leading specialist in cleaning development! Do you want to lead the development of future cleaning services – from startup to improvement and innovation?

About the Role

We are looking for someone who wants to take independent responsibility for driving startups, development projects, and improvement work within our largest service: cleaning. This is a role for you who thrives in a project-leading function where you combine structure, communication, and business focus to create real impact in the organization.

This is a combined specialist and project-leading role with significant responsibility. You will be a key person in ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability in our deliveries – while also developing working methods, concepts, and competencies throughout the organization.

You will independently lead and drive work related to:

  • startups of new customers and contracts
  • development and improvement projects with existing customers
  • implementation of working methods, methods, and concepts
  • training and competency enhancement in the organization
  • communication and knowledge dissemination

You will act as a driving force in change work and ensure that our working methods maintain high quality and are effective in practice.

Examples of Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate startups and support bidding processes with specialist expertise
  • Drive improvement and efficiency projects in operations
  • Plan and conduct training (theoretical and practical)
  • Develop training and informational materials, including e-learning
  • Coach managers and leaders on how our concepts are translated into profitable contracts
  • Follow up on quality and results with customers
  • Develop processes, routines, methods, and tools
  • Drive innovation, product development, and new solutions
  • Disseminate knowledge internally through webinars and digital channels

permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is practically a project manager and change leader, even if your background is operational or specialist-oriented.

You are used to taking ownership, structuring work, and driving activities from idea to implementation. You enjoy working independently, creating engagement in others, and making things happen.

You have:

  • experience leading projects, startups, or development work
  • background in cleaning or related service operations
  • good pedagogical and communicative skills
  • experience in training, coaching, and supporting managers and teams
  • a structured and process-oriented approach
  • business understanding and focus on results and efficiency
  • good Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • good IT skills

Meritorious:

  • experience in product development
  • training experience (e.g., SRY, INSTA, floor care)
  • university education
